As part of our customer engagement, we will be the first Australian utility business to trial a new process that places customers at the heart of developing our expenditure plans. This new process involves the establishment of a Customer Forum that is capable of representing the perspective of our customers.

We’re innovating in Warrandyte to keep the possums safe and the power on!

Some parts of our network, especially the Warrandyte and North Warrandyte areas are facing a significant issue with the possum population. These possums are using the powerlines as a highway crossing, causing outages and damage to electrical assets, which ultimately impact restoration times.
